Location: the hotel was near gondola up to Flumserberg and which provides a lovely setting for relaxing in the evening and cable cars. The staff has always been very helpful, and the facilities were great!

The room was good-sized and bright with reasonably spacious bathroom and an iron with ironing board, an electronic key card, and flat-screen television.

I was pleasantly surprised with the clean, spacious apartment that exceeded my expectations.

gorgeous and great venue, marvellous location just next door to the lake, railway station and cable car, the marina and zurich. bright and tidy rooms with great terrace, balcony, as example. had gates. generally nice service with parking nearby. late check-out.

Nice location very near to the Walensee lake. Recent construction, well equipped hotel. Nice breakfast. I will surely return to this hotel at the next occasion.

A bit of a pity that the rooms are completely white (white bed, walls, furniture) so a bit sterile, lacking some personality. The railroad is passing not far away from the resort so on the rare occasions when there is a train passing by it can be heard when having the window of the room open.

The room here was great! It had smoke detectors, which is a plus for safety, and the views of the mountains were just stunning. I was happy to find a bathtub in the room too 🛁.

Beautiful location on the see shore. Good opportunities for hiking in the surrounding mountains.

Wellness only works 3 days a week in low season.

Overall the room is tidy, bright and includes it's own balcony and complimentary wireless internet.

Chose this hotel for a business event and was impressed by their years of experience, excellent service, and personal support. The facilities were well-maintained and provided a comfortable and efficient environment for meetings and networking.

The one service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and copying facilities. It would have been convenient to have these amenities readily available for last-minute document preparation.

There was no A/C so we opend the windows which the bugs was desturib us which we sleeping

It was a very nice, clean appartment.

We liked everything. One little remark; the mini-market was very 'mini'.......

The bed was good and the room was spotlessly clean, with a spacious bathroom that had a bathtub.
